With a full programme of optional or extra activities our leisure team will ensure that you will be able to enjoy your learning experience apart from the language tuitions. We organise once a week: breakfast, one excursions, party night, festivals, surf lessons, flamenco, salsa lessons, etc.

FU Leisure Activities during the week are free of charge but weekend excursion cost € 2€ (private transport and guide or group leader). A representative of the school will accompany you. The school can also organize sport, dance or other activities on request.

Every Monday at 11 a.m. we will have a breakfast together on the terrace. Here you have a good opportunity to get to know your classmates and enjoy the sun.

Every Tuesday visit to the Botanical Garden of Puerto de la Cruz.
Free surf lessons at Martianez Beach. A professional surfer will teach you the basics of this popular Tenerife sport.

Beach-Volleyball at Playa Jardín (Punta Brava) in Puerto de la Cruz.

Thursday
|
Free Padel lessons with a professional teacher in a nearby tennis club. Have fun practising this game that is very popular in Spain.
Free Salsa Lessons: The Salsa lessons will take place at the Salsa Canaria Dance (situated in front of the Botanical Garden) You will get to know the basic steps of Salsa and we will have a lot of fun together.

We have dinner together and then show you around the bars and clubs in Puerto de la Cruz. A great event for students of all ages. Every first Friday of the month.

Excursions: Weekly changing excursions to different places on Tenerife, for example: Teide, Barranco del Infierno and Santa Cruz, etc. FU International Academy is in charge of these excursions, which means that we will provide a car or bus and someone from the school to accompany you.
